We’re happy to share that a year-long team effort has resulted in a significant achievement, as we have received two internationally recognised certifications from Bureau Veritas: ISO 9001 for our quality management system and ISO 27001 for our information security management system.
ISO 9001 confirms a structured approach to quality management, including process improvement, risk management and the consistent delivery of products and services.
ISO 27001 focuses on how we manage information security risks and safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
For us, these are not just certificates to put on the wall. They demonstrate our commitment to quality and information security on an everyday basis, while providing a structured framework for continually improving both.
The good news was – our internal guidelines were already in line with the principles behind the ISO standards. The process was about bringing these practices together, documenting them and creating a consistent framework across the company.
The ISO 27001 certification is particularly important for us. As a company working with AI, data and complex business processes, information security is a fundamental part of how we work. In a rapidly changing security environment, having a structured approach to managing these risks matters more than ever.
