The digital triage tool we developed is officially live!
A new digital triage tool, PALĪDZĪBAS ANKETA, is helping patients in Latvia get psychiatric support faster. Developed together with the National Centre for Mental Health, the tool prioritizes care based on severity and risk, not just queue order.
It also supports healthcare staff by organizing work more efficiently and improving service quality, all while keeping patient data secure.
