Robotic sorting and unloading

Sorting fish in a team of countless people is a thing of the past. Fish can really do without us; they only need a robot.
An automated system capable of recognizing and interacting with random bin picking has been developed in cooperation with PERUZA and ABB. The system is able to recognize fish that are chaotically placed on production lines.

The coordinates of the objects are transferred to the execution device (robot), which accordingly finds the fish, grabs it and delivers it to the desired location. The system also measures the fish and recognizes the orientation of the fish in the room.

Not only is it an ideal procedure, but it is also information and data that allows the process manager to manage work faster and more efficiently. Besides the robot will certainly not be disturbed by the special smell of the fish.
